1. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

2. ACCEPTANCE OF ORDERS

  • We reserve the right to reject or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, pricing errors, shipping restrictions, or suspected fraud.

4. PAYMENT TERMS

5. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

  • Risk of loss and title transfer to you once the product is delivered to the carrier. Please inspect packages upon delivery and note any visible damage with the courier.

6. RETURNS & REFUNDS

  • Prepare your space for delivery (measure doorways, hallways, staircases, etc.). We are not responsible if furniture cannot fit through entry points.
  • Assembly is your responsibility unless you purchase assembly services separately.

10. GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Cambridge, United Kingdom.

11. CHANGES TO TERMS
